- The work
- Shopify, WordPress and headless pages working as one storefront
- When
- 2023 to 2024
What they came with
SiPhox Health sells at-home blood testing in the United States. Products and checkout lived in Shopify, editorial content lived in WordPress, and customers felt the join every time they moved from reading to buying.
The early decisions
- Resist the full migration. Moving everything onto one platform was the obvious move and the riskiest one.
- Keep each platform on the job it does best: Shopify for products, checkout and orders, WordPress for editorial content.
- Connect them with headless pages, so customers move between learning and buying without noticing a boundary, and both teams stay on tools they already know.
Who did what
- My role
- I scoped how the platforms would fit together, set the order of the work and ran delivery and communication with the SiPhox team.
- The team’s role at Code Pros
- Our engineers built the headless pages and the integration work on both the Shopify and the WordPress side.
The result
One storefront experience across three platforms, without a risky migration. We worked with SiPhox Health from 2023 to 2024.
