Learning through delivery.

I started as a developer and independent freelancer in Nepal. The work was close to implementation: interfaces, WordPress, backend systems, and custom digital products. I delivered directly to international clients, learning to understand both the technical task and the person depending on it.

Working with companies and teams across Nepal, Europe, Australia, and the United States gave me a wider view of how products are built—and how differently businesses can operate.

Beyond the individual feature.

Over time, clients began relying on me for more than code. The work expanded into understanding businesses, shaping products, choosing architecture, assembling teams, managing production systems, and maintaining relationships over several years.

That progression led to Code Pros, which I founded in Kathmandu in 2017. The company made it possible to bring different disciplines together and take responsibility for a larger system.

What I pay attention to now.

Today, I spend less time trying to be the person writing every line and more time ensuring that the right problem is understood, the right system is chosen, and the team can execute it well. I remain closely involved in architectural decisions; directing engineering responsibly requires understanding it deeply.

I’m curious about software, AI, data, connected devices, and how new technology changes what small teams can build. But novelty is not enough. I want to know whether something solves a meaningful problem, survives operational complexity, and can become commercially workable.
